Returns & Exchanges

At LAMODA, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your LAMODA account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
